Yeah I second that pfunked trying to get one going in the IT place I work. Any info is better than NO info and while IT guys readily embrace technology they often get lazy about doco, so like any system it needs some butt kicking to keep it up to date. And better than having it sitting around on a shared drive some place no one knows about.

This 'fairness = credibility' concept that has somehow propagated itself through the news industry and its consumers is blatantly disgusting. It first assumes that because we have a two party system every issue only presents two distinct sides, and, more importantly, assumes that centristism (between the two parties, not true centristism, of course) is always the correct route.I don't want a news station to feed me the center position, I want a news station to feed me facts, and I don't want my opinion shows (Yes, I am okay with them. Yes, they are just entertainment and not real news.) to try to be 'fair', I want them to operate logically based upon the facts present. Will that make said theoretical station more progressively oriented? Yes, of course. Life is simply liberally biased, especially from the extremely conservative American position.Of course, stations like these do look to exist- NPR and BBC news seem to both proceed in this way. Unfortunately, they are far from the most popular of news stations in the United States..

Funny, I do interesting things like hiking/biking and traveling all sorts of outdoor activities and still can't find many young people who also do those interesting things.Because people are ***** lazy. And interesting people don't just fall into your lap like truth said.
