Does anyone else find these designs unimaginative. Yes, "if it is not broke don't fix it", but come on. There are more interesting "out of the box" ideas coming from outside of NASA. What about Blue Origin's VTOL New Shepard Project? I had great hopes for the Delta Clipper series (DC-X,DC-XA, Clipper Graham). These are both only orbital transports but they show how like many government agencies, NASA tends to get buried in their own bureaucracy. When China makes a serious push for space we will have a great difficulty keeping pace.?
I got lead poisoning from a bootleg Voltron toy set my mom bought me as a kid and I almost died.... but it sure was cheap! GG China |

Ugh, the inclusion of both The Da Vinci Code and Twilight on the "best books" list hurts my brain. Does popularity now equal quality?Personally, I would have included both "Under the Banner of Heaven" by Jon Krakauer, and "House of Leaves" by Mark. Z. Danielewski.

If you get a smart dog and train him, none of these will be a problem except for the smell. I haven't bathed my Golden Retriever in weeks and he smells fine... only time he needs a bath is if he gets into something he shouldn't. At least with dogs when you look at them you don't get the feeling that, deep down, they want to kill you.

Well somebody better do something and fix this $#%$#^ weather!!! Summer here used to be 3 months long and we'd only ever get heatwaves in February. We used to have this season called Spring, but it no longer exists. Now summer last 5 months and heatwaves are happening from November to the end of March. thats days between 37C and 46C (or 115F for the imperialists) |
