“I think the thing i dislike most about these artists who 'speed paint' is the number of defenders they have. It actually doesn't take that much skill to copy a picture so that it can look like the original. However, it takes a lot of skill to copy a picture properly, (.ie not using the eyedropper to find colours). Real skin tones have tons of colour variations, a lot more yellows and purples and pastel colours than what can be perceived by an unartistic eye. This artist has really poor draftmanship ability, just from the way he draws contours. There are tons of artists who do photorealistic really well. I think this one is just good at self promoting more than anything else.

I guess that's more along the lines of price-setting cartels.... The upshot is the same in either case: the legitimate consumer gets screwed and piracy becomes increasingly "worth it."?
i can't even bare myself to watch any of these twilight parodies. to enjoy them on a level where one understands what they are mocking only proves that you know entirely too much about the subject.

I never said they were hitler. I said if they had a baby it might grow up to be/look like hitler. Reading comphrension is amazing. They should put words instead of pictures on the thumbs up and thumbs down buttons. You guys would be screwed.
