@JimSwarthowDidn't think I could find an article in the senate with such biased language. I googled the contact listed on the cover page of the pdf - "Marc Morano".Here's the first hit, it's from Sourcewatch:"Marc Morano runs the climate denial website ClimateDepot.com for the Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow, a conservative anti-environmentalism think tank. Until spring of 2009, Morano served as communications director for the Republicans on the U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works.""Morano is a former journalist with Cybercast News Service (CNS), which is owned by the conservative Media Research Center. CNS and Morano were the first source in May 2004 of the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth claims against John Kerry [...]"
I think that it is the same result with different technology. The current biodegradable plastics have limited applications.

The point isn't a valid one to propose that the government not run health care. In fact, the fact that a private company might have messed up the paperwork is actually fuel for government intervention. Why? Because god knows if the government was in charge and they messed up paperwork you all would be bitching about "this is what happens when you let the government take over where private companies should be dominant". I'm just using your logic back on you..
