you make it sound as easy as if you go out and do an 'interesting' activity that someone just falls into your lap...that is the SAME delusion as those who play video games 30 hours a week. And don't forget that most of the people doing those 'interesting' things are already there with someone, don't want to be bothered by you, aren't your type, aren't their type, or any number of mitigating factors. And lets not forget that if you meet someone you may have only made a new friend at best, nothing more. hence NOT accomplishing your goal.You may think people over think this, but you're sorely under thinking it.
