"And for brick-and-mortar retailers worried about the rise in prominence of digital distribution, it also helps provide an incentive for gamers to actually come into a store to purchase a game."I for one would rather have a physical copy. After Walmart reportedly took down their music DRM server, what recourse did those buyers have?
If she didn't say anything dishonest, disingenuous, and self-contradictory, she has nothing to fear from even the most thorough examination of her book, right?

"Asus Aspires"you're a salesman, alright..
I fully understand this sentiment and my rational mind supports it. But the notion of Sarah Palin running for Presidential candidacy is so comically powerful that it tempts my curiously. What if she made ground? What if her arguments improved? Though I suspect the onslaught of informed insight and comic interest would doom her chances it might be interesting to see the American public face the challenge of parsing out irrational and destructive platforms from legitimate arguments. That is where the perhaps worthy vaudeville would be - it might even be healthy? (supreme emphasis on the unqualified certainty)I would like to see a female President at some point in America's future but Palin is unfortunately a theatrical clown and village idiot rather then an honest representation of leading American acumen and rational talent. When a female candidate (preferably more then one in addition to Hillary Clinton) will have the courage to step forward we may see the interest in Palin subside as a comic historical anecdote.!

There's a difference between 'news' as in headlines and 'news' as in proper journalism. If Radio 4's Today Programme went subscription-only, I'd pay for it in a heartbeat.

This is news? Lots of companies have been scamming the public for decades. Many spend billions of dollars annually to learn how to gain psychological advantage over "Joe Public" so they can "legally" steal him blind.

Jenkins is a kook. The professor who is guiding me on my masters thesis deals specifically with the Maya and their astronomical observations. Jenkins has confronted her many times before, each time failing miserably and has said, "Oh well, I'll just think up something else." A man who lives in the basement of his mom's has a lot of time to do that. If you want good info on Maya and the truth behind 2012...check her out http://www.mayasites.com/btedlock.html |
