For now...
Haha,my first impression was that I thought it was implying people were emulating Byron's play Manfred and leaping from an alpine summit for a romantic death.

yeah, because as we all know, eating fatty food makes you have high body fat.that must be why eskimos (diet almost entirely fat and protein) have all those same problems. oh wait, they don't.btw egyptians used to be known as the "bread-eaters". a carbohydrate-based (i.e., agriculture-based) diet was the cause of their (and our) obesity, dental and cardiovascular problems.and you can still blame it on McDonalds, ftl.!

Don't like it that all this prick got was probation, when anyone else would have been behind bars? Call/email your local and cable news and demand that they cover this story. If MSNBC or your local news get 500 emails demanding coverage, it will get airtime.?
"when the hell did "transition", "impact", and "leverage" become verbs? "When people started using them, and they went into the common lexicon. Dictionaries only reflect the current state of usage of the language at the time they were compiled, and with English, perhaps more than any other language, that is a constantly moving target. Check back in 10 years time to see if these 'new' words are still there. |

if you cut $1000 that's the same as making $1000 more.

This is really about trying to create a wedge issue by private health insurance so they can continue to have a monopoly and make money instead of caring for the sick. Health care reform does not advance or degrade abortion rights (if the stupak amendment is rejected) and people should realize that. A strong public option breaks the private health insurance monopoly by allowing people to chose their existing private health insurance or a government health insurance (or just the government health insurance if private health care refuses to care for them or is price prohibitive)

Ubuntu is pretty sweet, but using Wine to play PC games kinda makes it redundant, if you're a gamer

...As opposed to what? You understand the concept behind statistical analysis, right? Oh wait, probably not... you are only one semester out of freshman year. |
