ugg. being broke, these things dont really apply.1. minimize investing costs - I cant afford to invest, so that doesnt really apply2. Resize the Cellphone Plan - Just had my phone turned off because I cant afford it..3. Rethink Insurance - I can't afford it, so I do without :/4. Give time, not money - Ive got enough problems to deal with on my own5. Avoiding fees - I dont use my bank card anymore because I have no money going in or out of the account..tl;dr - I'm broke as *****, and you cant cut spending when you cant afford to spend.

Something in America must be very, very wrong.I could not imagine calling police for not being able to handle my own 10 year kid. Even harder to understand policeman's reaction. Watch your crotch, dude..

Al Gore, call your office.?
If this is true, we are in for one wild ride again. However there is one thing that bothers me about the article, constantly repeating the fact that it does not fall under Washington regulation. You know they have regulations here in Europe too, yes they are different in some cases and sometimes American regulation is better and in some cases the European regulation is better. Europe is not free of financial regulations, and America is not all wonderful and great in financial regulations either. Really dislike how this is implied by the article. |

I would be happier seeing people living on the moon than more unmanned trips to mars. I would be even happier to see an orbiting space hotel than a few people on the moon. My point is I want to go to space. I'm not as concerned with mile stones for the human race at this point. We know we can send a probe to the outer reaches of the solar system. What we don't know is how to build safe efficient public transportation to the moon. That should be the foundation we work on and all other miles stones will follow. Space exploration should be pyramid shaped with more people closer to earth and less further away, not linear with one astronaut getting to each planet every 30 years. That is just political and doesn't really help the bulk of people. Our goal is to be able to live in space right? Somewhere I think that has gotten lost.

At a previous job and my current one we use medawiki internally to record support/IT knowledge. Sure, it gets out of date sometimes but it's amazing to have some documentation at all.

yeah, it's a common misconception in US that any imported beer is a "good" beer because it's more expensive than their domestic contemporaries. clearly the best beer any where is going to be from a local craft brewery, can't beat fresh. |
