WOW, you all should know that this isn't the case in all countries. Here in Finland I pay $30 euros per month for a 100Mbps (yes ONE HUNDRED) connection and its just as fast as its advertised to be. I do a lot of media downloading and move a lot of data around so I usually end up transferring about 800 GB per month, and thats no problem at all. I'd really hate to live in America... everyone over there got what they asked for though, as a result of lax telecom regulation.

If we can land on the moon in the 60s, why aren't we much further ahead in space exploration? It is like they took a 40 year break, only to try and go to the moon again.Private spaceflight will end up over taking NASA.?
hard crowd to please...you should definitely check out the show i recommended... it basically has the same cast as AD plus a guy who plays Ben on the flight of the conchords... can we ask for more? |

Being a developer myself, mostly in .NET for work, this is why Apple doesn't have more of a share of the market. It's unwillingness to cater to developers. Granted this is cause for a lot of the issues with Windows but giving people more of an option to create custom software on their platform would give people a much bigger incentive to use that platform.
