Lets stop and remember something. On 9/11, these guys tried to destroy the values we hold dear as a nation. He helped the terrorists succeed in their aims.On the other hand, when we take these people - some of the most evil people to ever walk the planet - and give them a real trial in a forum where the forum itself (military court) doesn't make guilt or innocence a nearly forgone conclusion, then we send the most effective message possible to ourselves and to the rest of the world that if we can take the worst of the worst and treat them this way, in accordance with our laws, our constitution, and our values, then those values have never been stronger and the terrorists, ultimately, failed on 9/11, That is why we should be doing exactly what Obama proposes..
