1987: I say, who might that crumpet be seated next to George, the Prince Regent?
I so want to meet the adjuster who did that.

I never liked Sparks. It was way too sweet, had too little alcohol, and didn't even have much caffeine. It was like half a rock star, with twice the sugar, and too little alcohol to feel. But ***** the FDA for abusing the powers given to them. They were created for quality control, making sure our food isn't tainted and our drugs are properly tested..
Hey what's up new Shakira video? You come here often?!

actually now everything costs 1 trillion?
It's funny because in all surveys about global awareness, Americans come last with the Chinese and finnish coming in first followed by other Europeans. Let me give you some stats. In the U.S., less than 20% of the TV coverage is on international news, with the remaining domestic coverage overwhelmingly dominated by soft news like entertainment and crime. of the meager amounts of international coverage, 47% are about Iraq. More than 60% of Americans couldn't identify Sarcozy as the president of France. It is a generally acknowledged norm that Americans are the most ignorant people on Earth. More than 60% of the citizens in the middle class are more pre occupied with the superbowl than the Iraq war, while the super rich are very well informed. America is a place where the super rich are rich, smart, and respectable, and the masses are horrifyingly similar to the mindless proletariat described in 1984. So no wonder clowns like mercenaryslick still buy into the red scare ***** that he was fed as a child that paints China and Russia as these places where people don't think. I've traveled around the world and lived in many places, no country pumps out more ***** as America. There is no propaganda machine as powerful as the American media, in that they're so subtle about brainwashing you, making you think that you're exposed to "all the news fit to print" when what you actually get is only a portion of a small amount of what happens in the rest of the world. Mercenaryslick: "I've never left Florida, but I am a scholar in world politics." Drink more dumbass coke, bitch. |

That is the problem. If American citizens allow "terrorist" to be killed with out trial then we are going to have some serious problems. The patriot act already states that if you are supporting terrorist you are techinically a terrorist. This means anyone with herion/drug dealer can be charged as a terrorist and would have no rights as an american citizens. It is not that difficult to arrest someone, call them a terrorist and not give them a trial. It is not what I want in America.

A local liquor store gives you a 25pack of solo cups and a 6pack of ping pong balls with the purchase of 2 cases of beer. It's a great, great thing.

Whoa whoa whooooa there. This is a west coast Safeway (buy the looks of it) and I'm guessing it's Oregon. That being said, when the man above is talking about good beer, he sure ain't talking about that sorry imported list (though I'll take that wifebeater stamp from my love of Stella, but I digress), he's talking about the TOP SHELF there.First theres Bridgeport IPA, which is true Hop-fest of mouth love. Then theres Pyramid/MacTarnahan's, another fine OR label. And finally you have the ever popular Fat Tire. A bit more mainstream now than the other two, but still an amazing beer.

Since moving to the US 12 years ago, I have heard the following conversation (variations of) about eighty times:"America is the greatest country in the world.""It sure is. Hey, I just heard that the government is gonna take over X""WHAT!? That's totally unacceptable!""But it will help people who can't afford X""Screw people. I pay taxes. Why should I pay for people who aren't me?"So America is the greatest country in the world, except the government sucks and the people can go ***** themselves. |
