That is the problem. If American citizens allow "terrorist" to be killed with out trial then we are going to have some serious problems. The patriot act already states that if you are supporting terrorist you are techinically a terrorist. This means anyone with herion/drug dealer can be charged as a terrorist and would have no rights as an american citizens. It is not that difficult to arrest someone, call them a terrorist and not give them a trial. It is not what I want in America.
