There is no win or debate about Palin. She represents ignorance and that's obvious to any educated person.

What about men who live with smart women? My girlfriend and I refuse to get married, why fix something that's not broken?

A lot of people are for states rights when it comes to the things they like but suddenly anti-Federalist when it comes to states decide to allow things like medical marijuana, gay marriage, abortion, assisted suicide, or gun controls.Would you expect any different from the right? Their whole MO is to cherry pick what they like and sweep under the rug anything that contradicts their position or exposes their hypocrisy.Further to your point, I find it amazing that all the favorite hobgoblins of the anti-healthcare "movement" seem the be the very problems we are trying to fix with the current system. Rationed care, death panels, bureaucrats getting between you and your doctor...Aren't those all tactic that the insurance companies are abusing right now, just under a different euphemism? |
